How do I place an order?
You can place an order using our order form or by calling Kim at 021344234 before Sunday evenings. Your meals will be ready for pickup on Tuesday mornings between 9:30am and 10:30am.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pick up your order at The Lighthouse Church foyer, 78 Normanby Street, Dargaville, or make prior arrangements with Kim.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments can be made with cash or EFTPOS upon pickup.
How do I heat the meals?
The packaging is oven and microwave safe. For best results, defrost in the fridge overnight. The film does not need to be removed before cooking. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes if frozen, or 3 minutes if defrosted.
All microwaves vary, so please ensure the meal is heated through before eating.
Alternatively, you can heat the meal in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Let it rest for 2 minutes before eating.
How many people does one of your meals feed?
Each meal typically serves one person and weighs 400 grams.
Are your meals healthy?
Yes, our meals are produced under an MPI Food Control Plan and analyzed by a nutritionist. They include a balanced portion of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables, adhering to all regulations.
Can I freeze the meals?
Yes, the meals are frozen when you collect them and can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. Once thawed, do not refreeze. After reheating, do not refreeze.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments can be made with cash or EFTPOS upon pickup.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please call Kim at 021344234 no later than Monday night before the scheduled pickup.
